If you want to compare the differences theres plenty of youtube videos that show it side by side. One example is the characters - The face and texture fidelity is greatly improved however, the new version has broken character physics which the older version does not suffer (ropes, hoses, ribbons etc). The only reasons I can think of why they would do this, is to get additional sales in their direction for an upcoming or current project, or to replace the potential issue of not actually working on anything at the moment. The game is already at best, average and forgettable. Hence why I am asking for a listing of the exact changes made, you know. Genuinely, I am confused on why this wasn't rolled out as a patch for people who already dropped the cash on the title and the DLC's which is the requirement to get the $10.00 price. If you continue to experience issues playing The Outer Worlds: Spacer's Choice Edition, please contact our support team directly for help.Someone wanna explain to me what exactly changes from this and the original release? What merit is there to getting this if it is reportedly, the exact same game with no changes beyond some minor "performance" and "bug fixes" which seem to, according to this discussion page are not actually doing the thing, the thing is supposed to do? We hope these updates improve your time in the Halcyon Colony. Fixed alarm sound playing outside of Gorgon after completing DLC.Fixed collision issues in multiple levels. Fixed bug with companions sometimes missing in elevators (RR&DD lab and connected hallways).Fixed bug where Tucker Needham does not immediately talk to the player when trying to interact with him during A Family Matter in Amber Heights.Fixed some terminals being hard to read on Xbox.
